Cant get my passenger headlight to work.

Hey, I just got my car togetherd and was installing my ellipsoids and can't get the passenger low beam to work. The wiring is 100 percent correct, its not the bulb and its not the fuse. So what else could it be? It worked before I took my car apart to prime it. Is there some kinda relay or something I over looked? The low beam led on the inside is on. I feel like a dumbass asking this question in the first place, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Ben

So I checked the relay, and swapped it with the one out of the track car and nothing changed. So what else could this be? Faulty wiring in the loom?
