    HID + Euro ellips....

Just to give you an idea of the fit and how it works. I plug the ballast into those spades for the H1 bulb and the wires run back to the ballast and up to the bulb.
I took these to answer a guy on bimmerforums and figured I would share:

Just in case you were wondering.
    Im now E30less.

      "yea, i got HID's in my m5"
"oh yea? you mean blue light bulbs?"
      "No, HID"
      "Look at this"
"DAMN thats bright, i dont have HID"

lol, guess who said that ryan? BTW- LOVE the blue gloves.

        Benefits of HID:
        1.bling
        2.more light
        3.clear light
4.minimal power (I can have them on while starting the car and you cant tell)
5.bulbs should outlast the car (they survived the wreck unscathed)
        Im now E30less.

                    so bling twice?

Yes they are Mr Jung and I can do better than a PIC in action:

So far no troubles. Work great, white color (just hint of purple around edges), and I dont get flashed by people. They even survived a wreck that broke an ellips housing.

supposedly 7000. White with light purple tinge. The light on the ground is white and you can only reall spot the purple when looking at the lense around the edges.

at first they would flicker at start-up, then they would eventually go yellow. they probably just had defective bulbs, but it happened to a good percent of the people who bought them

Mine flickered a bit at startup when i first got them (you can see them do it in the video) but now that they have a year on them they just start a really dim purple and get white and bright within about 3 seconds. Hopefully mine was just some sort of "burn in" and not a sign of a future problem.

The NICE thing about this kit is its a standard Hella D2R/S ballast so I can make just about any standard bulb work with them. I just have to find H1 bulbs. Anyone know of other bulb sources?

Same as mine but you've the blue ones and I've the white ones ( Xenon or blue lights is not allowed here on a car not standard equipped with )

at start up they shine deep blue after a couple seconds 'ive a bright white pattern on the street ;)
