    Windshiled washer check light on

Yet the tank is fully topped off and washers work just fine. What could this mean? Its been on for a few months now but its really starting to bother me now.

Check the connection for the washer fluid sensor on the reservoir tank. On my car one of the wires going into the plug was broken off and I got me a new plug on there and it was good to go.

I just jumped the sensor wires together to get the light to stay off for good.
