so, i've got a lot of chattering going on in the car. it comes from the back. it does it almost the whole time you drive it. you can hear it the most when goin on bumps and what not. why? and when i try to get some windshield wiper fluid out nothing comes out. you dont hear the pump running. its just dead. and another thing is that when i pull up to the driveway, go on a rocky road, etc.... i hear a low to medium pitch sound comming from the steering wheel. another when i back up the car makes a squeek as if the emergency brake was still on but it backs up with ease. whats goin on????

Check your rear shock mounts.
Your pump is dead or a fuse is blown for the washer fluid pump.
