    The "S" on the auto...

    I assume it was "SPORT" but my old E30 325e had it. Was it common? And - how sporty was it really?
    '89 "is" = M technic II build mode.

          Weird.

          No, I had that on my 325e. It was a 4 door. Hmmmm...My guess it was replaced with that one if you could not get that plate on the regular 325e.

                  lol! Well I sold that car in '97...the "is" is a 5 speed. :)
