    guibo??

Hey guys I installed an m20b25 into my 86 es in the fall of last year and only got to place ~800km before storing it for winter. When I pulled it out this year and got under the car to change the fuel tank I noticed that my gubio was shredded apart. When I installed it last year I looked pretty damn good. So my question is what the hell did I do wrong when I installed it? Can you over torque them? Any ideas.

Also is there different sizes as the one I had on there was pretty big compared to the one I recieved from my buddy as a replcement?

Thanks a lot for any help.

You could have an imbalanced D/S or a bad CSB. I would check into them. There are two different size guibos. Not sure what you should use. Is your D/S and trans the ones from the 86es or from the i motor car?

How do you like the i motor in place of the eta? I am doing this swap soon as well. Is your engine stock?

I thought about an unbalanced D/S but there was no vibrations from the D/S when I was driving the car at all which I assume there would be. I geuss ill have to check the CSB? I still have the D/S and tranny from the e motor as the tranny from the i was auto.

I love the i motor although I never got a chance to iron out all the little shit so that will get done this summer. I never got a chance to drive the e motor as the headgasket was completely shot so I immediately swaped to the i when I bought the car. My engine is pretty much stock I just have a 272 cam, no cat, 19lb injectors, and 027 MAF. I bought an m30 now to swap in but no money at all so it won't go in till next year most likely.

The car in your sig looks awesome. thanks for the help
