Cluster backlighting

Removed and installed the cluster and now I have no backlight when headlights are on. Everything else works fine. Im postive it's not the rheostat(sp?) as everything else dims and lights up except the cluster. Im sure everything's connected. Checked fuses 22/23 under hood and were ok. Only connector im not sure about is a green 2pin connector as it fits in 3 different slots. I tried all 3 slots and still nothing. Anyone have anything similar? or know which slot the green connector goes into? Any input would help. Thanks..

The green connector goes in any of the 3 slots. They are electricly connected together.

As for the cluster bulbs... they are probably just blown, or not connected properly.
