I need a new muffler and maybe exhaust ?!

Ok i've been looking on ebay and found this muffler,

I have a stock 1990 318is, would this muffler be to big and un-suitable ? also how many inch exhaust would you recommend for my car ? i was thinking about 2" - 2 1/4" ?

    Thanks
    Mitch

    A) That's a single pipe input - meaning you have to take your dual pipes and turn them into one, or have a muffler shop fab a single pipe coming from your cat. This, in return, equals less flow.

    B) What brand is this??

From what I can tell, it would fit in the muffler brackets.

However, I'm not too sure how well those square tips would look. I think they'd look a little out of place, but that's just me.

The actual diameter of the pipes on the 325 exhaust system a little less than 2 in, so I think the input size would fit.

Sorry man, that makes what I said void...

In that case, it would probably work better than expected.

          However, the question's still remain:

Who's the manufacterer? (do they relate to Ansa? :tsk: :D )

          How would the tips look?
