    fuel injector problems

I am having this fuel injector problem since I replaced them. The engine is getting fuel and spark but the injectors aren't firing, all of them, since I did this. When measured with a ohmmeter when the ignition is off, I get resistance at each plug on the fuel injector wiring loom. But when the engine is cranked, each plug of the loom reads OL or open.
How can the injectors know when to fire if the circuit is open?
Is this normal or do I have a relay, etc.. that is not working?
What can I do next to trace the problem down?

    Thanks for any responses,
    Gene

On one pin there should be constant power and the other pin grounds to fine the injector, check to see if you have constant power with the car cranking/in run and then check to see if they are grounding. Sounds like the injector harness is at fault.
