    1222 code!

So here is the story, I have the m30 conversion with the mark d chip. About two weeks ago I started hearing a vacume leak. Come to find out it was #6 gasket blown on my intake manifold to engine. The cel came on right before I changed the gaskets. Now that everything is back together I am still getting that code. I have unplugged the battery for an hour, and the code comes on when the car gets warm. Changed the temp sensor, checked the afm changed the plugs, checked the o2 sensor.
Here is my question, the car runs strong and idles fine..... is it just a matter of the ecu "readapting" after that major vacume leak? Or am I fooked?
    Yours truly,

1222 is a lambda code, it means your mixture is off

i get one about 2 times a week, but i think its cause of my wideband dickin around

i used to get the 1222 all the time, after changing head gaskets exhaust gaskets, intake manifold gaskets, injectors for rebuilt stock ones, and several other little things,

          it went away.

now i get a 1221 code (primary lambda, 1222 is secondary)
because of my header/ cat exhaust setup

So if I double checked everything I should be ok? I guess I could replace the o2 sensor...

Problem worked itself out, drove today and didn't get a code at all.

Yup. Now for my extra. This code (1222)is stored when the DME detects excessive deviations in the air-fuel mixture (too rich or too lean) for longer than 10 seconds. Possible causes: Fuel tank ran empty, Incorrect Fuel Pressure, Injector valve defective or coked, Engine Temperature Sensor defective, Secondary air leak, Fuel evaporation control system defective, Air Flow Meter defective and/or the combustion is being disturbed by mechanical failure (Spark plugs,, compression, intake/exhaust valves, ...etc.)

The 1221 (o2 sensor) code is stored when the engine temperature is >70C and the Oxygen Sensor value is out of range or not present. Check the Oxygen Sensor wiring and the operation of the sensor. The value should fluctuate between 0.02 and 0.85V. Slow fluctuation indicates a polluted Oxygen sensor and negative values indicate a damaged sensor.
