    How hard is it to swap locks and actuators?

    I'm going to have to do this maybe tomorrow - how long should I expect it to take? Any special tools I need?

      Patrick, are you swapping lock cylinders or just actuators? Cylinders are kind of a PITA, actuators are easy.
