Looking for a place online where I can buy a Centerforce dual friction clutch disc for a single mass 325i. I've found the complete kits but with those you usually end up paying a lot of money for a Centerforce clutch disc and a regular Sach's pressure plate that's been painted orange and a regular Sach's TO and pilot bearing in a Centerforce box.

Damn.. I've been told that the Centerforce dual friction disc grabs very well while still being able to feel very close to stock. There is a local shop in town that claims they can rebuild a disc with new customer material including dual friction. Even better they only charge about $50 to do it.
My friend bought a Centerforce dual friction kit for his E36 and when we compared everything it was exactly the same only painted orange. (except for the disc)Comment

Are you sure that the shop needs a centerforce clutch disk? Can they not just put on the dual friction material on any clutch disk. We did not compare the fingers on the pressure plate, but the pressure plate did say SACH's on it.Originally posted by KingBScratch my back and I buy a prostitute for you, to rub your balls. The shop doesn't need one I was just searching to buy the entire disc new from Centerforce. The 2nd option is to take a disc to World Clutch downtown and see if they can rebuild it with DF material.
From what I remembered there when we compared everything about the 2 pressure plates they were exactly the same with no visible modifications other than orange paint. Same thing with the TO bearing. This could be a different story for the E30 CF kit especially considering that the E36 is much cheaper.Comment

Yeah the TO bearing was a complete rip off....... I really don't know if the pressure plate is gonna make that much of a difference the the "feel" of the clutch. I know that if will affect the clamping force, but the car is not gonna be making that much extra power over stock, so I'd think that it would not matter.Originally posted by KingBScratch my back and I buy a prostitute for you, to rub your balls. I really like my clutchnet disk. Check them out for other options. I have a sachs sport T/o and HD PP. It is a very stout clutch setup.:: PNW Crew ::
