Starting Issue after car sits for 30min to 1 hour

This problem does not happen after the car has say overnight. Or after work(8 hours of sitting)

Happens only when it is parked for a shorter period of time. Like 30 mins to an hour. Car runs and drives great.

I park the car for 1 hour. Come out and fire it up and it will die immediately. If I mess with throttle it will stay running and then it will be fine. Will not do this if it is 5-10 minutes.

    Ideas?

I guess the first things I'd suspect would be the temp sensor for the DME (the lower of the two that screw into the thermostat housing), a sticking ICV, or an intake leak.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
