My father has a 1995 318ic and when your coming to a stop and press the break pedel you can feel your foot moving up and down, its like a vibration. We thought it might be a warped rotor but not sure. Any ideas on what it might be? Thanks in advance.

Is it a rough vibration? If so it could be ABS.
