Rear swaybar problem

How difficult to replace the trailing arm mounting tab for the rear pass. side swaybar? (suspension techniques swaybars).

It isn't too difficult to replace the mounting tab or to reinforce the tab. But welding is required in either case. It can be done w/o removing the trailing arm.
