Does the IAV Whistle?

I have a Split Second MAF conversion with a K&N so my intake sounds like a well tuned exhaust... Since I can litterally hear everything I'm wondering if the slight whisteling I sometimes hear at partial throttle could be from the IAV being partially open???

Can anyone confirm thats what this could be? I recently replaced all the intake gaskets and hoses so I am 100% sure I can rule that out.

IAV???? what is that?

Do you mean ICV, Idle Control Valve?

If so then I would not think that would make a whistle noise.
