Question concerning a e28

My dad wants to ditch the auto trans from his 535i and he wanted me to ask you this:
Will a manual transmission, flywheel and starter motor off an e30 325i will fit an e28 535i ?

None of the 325i parts will fit, but you should be able to use the original starter from the E28 with either auto or manual tranny.

I believe you'd need to get all that from an M30. E23 735 and E24 635 should have the right stuff.
