    Power Windows?

Okay guys, need your expert advice.

My passenger side window goes up and down w/ no problems at all.

My driver side window goes down, but when I try to put it up, the damn fuse blows EVERY TIME!

What is up w/ this? Does anybody know?

    Thanks.

guess i can throw in my two cents since a couple things come to mind that it could be

sounds like it might be a short in the switch or maybe there's somethig wrong w/ the tracks overloading the motor... i'm sure there's other stuff that it could be as well. Interesting symptoms

well shoot for the easiest possible fix first & check the switch. swap it w/ the passenger side one & check the wiring... give that a shot & see if it changes anything

i already tried that and no change. both switches work the passenger side fine and pop the fuse on the driver side going up only.

could the slot the window comes out of the door be too tight maybe? could that cause my problems?

nah, if a resistance in the travel of the window is causing the fuse to blow it'd be more likely that it's in the tracks.
