Hella made the original. Hella didnt make these correct?
How do you think these can be sold for a lesser price than the originals?
There are only 2 options: Better production time which cuts down on Plant Costs OR Cheaper materials.

3: make a product of only slightly inferior quality, and save sh**loads of money on R&D by copying the ones Hella designed.
It's not impossible. I copy other people's commercial products all day...

Dam, I like the responses in this thread. Youd think this was "every man for himself" instead of an information forum.

Hope my writeup helps, that is why I wrote it. Also I bought the Hellas and mine didnt come with directions, if they did then I would have just scanned them instead of taking the time to do a writeup. Mine also didnt come with a modified relay like barrys did. I think only the Bosch kits came with that. Bosch isnt hella, is it inferioir too?

Personally I dont take offense that he bought cheap lenses. For now you should shut the hell up, then wait. If the lense falls off then you can get on your Procarparts horse and say "I told you so." If they dont then, well, you and your horse can just play CS in your mommas basement.
