    Idle Issue

So I did the search but could not find anything like this: stand still, no gear, I rev it up to 3K and release the throttle, it drop down to 1K and bounced back up to 1100 and then drop down to 800. Just clean ICV, the TPS click when I move the throttle, any other thing? TIA.
Also, it hesitates a little when in gear and rev until it pick up a little then smoothly going up.

Cleaned AFM, same. New info: unplugged the ICV, rev up and release, idle drop right down, no bounce at all.. After plug in the ICV, idle goes high and drop down but when I rev again, it bounce at 1100 before drop down to 800. I measured the ICV and 20 ohm both outter pins to center pin and 40 ohm from outtter to outter.

Check for intake leaks or a sticking throttle body. Small intake leaks may be missed unless you remove the hoses so they can be carefully examined. And keep in mind that leaks in the brake booster, at the dipsitick or oil filler cap are intake leaks.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

        - Oil cap, checked
        - Dipstick, checked.
Where else they leak typical? I know the S14 usually leak at the throttle body gaskets (I did that). I am not sure the M20 had the same issue or not.
