Rev Counter and MPG gauge problems. SI board and fuses good.

Hi, I've done a lot of reading to see why my rev counter and MPG gauge isn't working.

    -SI batteries are good
    -I've changed fuses # 10, 19 & 21 (They weren't blown)

Any other leads as to what to check next?

    Thanks,

The next things to try would be a different tach, SI board, and DME. The easiest diagnostic would be to temporarily swap in a cluster that is known to work properly. If that fixes the problem the cause will be the SI board or tach. If it doesn't the DME is cause.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

        Thanks for the help!

The DME is an other name for the ECU?
