Do your windows normally go all the way into the door so you can't see them at all? Mine stick about a 1/8th of an inch above the window seal.

Yeah, its crazy how many quirks these cars can have. my temp gauge wobbles, my windows dont go all the way down, and the passenger door lock pin is tilted.Comment

Maybe it's a 2 door thing? Mine stick up a bit too.
I replaced my passenger side motor last fall - didn't really see any way to adjust it.

My two door does it; a 4 door e30 I had didn't do it. I think it might be a 4 door thing.
