How do I remove/replace this window? (pic)

It's the smaller triangular glass on the 4-dr E30s(highlight in yellow).

Anyone know how to remove this thing?

In all seriousness, you'd probably need to take the larger window out, via removal of the door panel and rasing/lowering mechanism, thentake out the black divider between the windows, and wiggle it free of window track.
