Is it a two man job or is the glass easy to handle?

I did it myself and I'm a scrony guy. Basically pull the lock strip, get a screw driver dwon in between the glass and the gasket and slowly run the screwdriver all the way around the glass pushing the gasket off of it. Now if you plan on replacing the gasket you can just take a razo blade and cut the lip of the gasket off where it goes around the glass and just pop the glass right out.
