My fuel pump relay is not grounding. It is supposed to ground with the DME and the wire looks good up untill the DME. Could there be an explaination other than a fried ECU?

Do you have spark when cranking the engine? If not the problem could be a lack of a timing reference signal to the DME (i.e., bad CPS).b if you have spark but aren't seeing ground from the DME I'd say the DME is bad.The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
