I failed emissions. What do the #'s mean and what can i do?

For what it's worth, have you replaced all those cracked hoses and such yet? Checked for any other vacuum leaks?

im saving up for the vacuum hoses. just got some tranny and diff fluid. I work only part time for now so its hard to save. U think the vac hoses will do a great change? They are old and cracked and leaky. And yea i have been thinking of doing seafoam, but i can't do it in my driveway cuz of the smoke. ive seen it done and i cant have that at my house, me and my neighbors have a shared driveway, theres just no room. And if i do it at a parkinglot on a sunday im afraid a cop will pull up all huffy puffy.

high NOx readings mean your engine has a very hot burn. Did you run premium fuel as suggested? If you put any type of alcohol in your fuel, you'll get higher NOx for sure. 87 octane will burn hotter as well. 93 will help lessen the combustion temperature. I suggest fixing the vaccum leaks, as unmetered air will increase combustion temps. They can also cause lean misfires which increase HCs.

I'm a little rusty on my emissions analyzing, but everything looks pretty normal. I'd definitely check for vacuum leaks even though your O2 doesn't look terribly high. Change the oil, fill up with a fresh tank of premium gas, change your plugs, try a can of seafoam to clear out carbon, and try again. I'm not sure if the ignition timing is adjustable on our cars, but if it's overly advanced, that could also cause high NOx.

Listen to the girl. That sounds just about right. Also to help, with the seafoam, run it real concentrated. Use a can while at 1/4 tank.

Also, schedule your smog test so when you pull up, its just about to be tested. The hotter your cat is, the cleaner it'll typically run.
