Could someone please check fuse #23 in their bentley for me?

Like the title says.

I've just started to fiddle with my car and after someone hit my e30 on the driver's fender the brake lights have gone out. I'm hoping it's just this fuse, but i don't have my bently at my house and can't get to the store to buy a fuse cuz I can't drive yet.

Ok I suppose that this is the fuse for the rear lights and lic. plate light. Now all I need to know is what the hell is making it blow? Any ideals?
