Engine / head spray paint

What's the best stuff to use for this application? Thinking factory silver color to cover aluminum blemishes.

How should I prep it?

at least degrease and scuff

Degrease and power wash it. I don't think you can see alot of the head anyway. And if you want to do your valve cover, sand blast it then the paint will stick to it really nice.
