    Alignment Problems

After noticing that I had chewed up a set of front tires after 10000 miles I got an alignment, thinking I had hit a pothole or something to mess up the toe. I am running H&R sports with bilsteins and m3 CABs.

    Here is my sheet

    Front Left:
    Camber: -1.6
    Caster: 9.3

    Front Right:
    Camber: -1.5
    Caster: 8.5

The toe was out somewhat but the before numbers don't matter because they had to straighten my steering wheel, which was put on crooked. The specified caster range for the e30 is 8.0-9.0. Between my front tires there is a .8 degree difference. My car also pulls to right a small amount with correct tire pressure.

Does this difference in caster account for my front tires getting owned?

Your caster is okay and isn't the cause of your tire wear. You have more camber as a result of the H&R springs. That and normal or excessive toe will increase inside front tire wear. You can compensate for the camber increase by reducing toe (I like no more than 1/16") at the expense of directional stability. You have to drive the car all the time with reduced toe, but in compensation it will handle a lot better.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
