I wouldn't think so if you used an accumulator of some sort.
The Accumulator will dampen the pulses of each cylinder to give a more stable vacumn (important if you are using a MAP sensored ECU) I imagine it will also dampen the effects of the brake booster.
Also remeber the booster doesn't remove any air from the inlet, the vacumn is used to help pull the pedal with a big diaphram. In most EFI cars if you quickly pump the pedal a few times the idle will come up a bit (not down).
Give it a go, you'll find out quickly enough if it doesn't work!!
