    Testing FPR?

I'm out of town and forgot to bring my bentley. Is there a way to test the FPR before I come out the pocket on one? Search turned up nothing. Thanks!

There are fuel pressure testers that are around $45 or basically the price of a FPR

Pull off the vacuum line. If there's fuel in it, the diaphragm is torn.

the diaphram does not have to be torn for the FPR to be bad, yes you have a fuel filter in front of your fuel rail but there is still crap that builds up inside your fuel system after thousands and thousands of miles that will degrade performance by alot. Just make sure that your buddies fuel pressure tester is for fuel injection, which should go up to about 60psi vs. 10psi for carbed vehicles.
