Sealing off my evaporator / heater core

At speed too much ambiant air is getting past my heater core and ac evaporator. How do I seal them off better? AC is 40 degrees sitting - and 66 driving. Heat is hot sitting - cool driving. Where is the air coming from?

Not sure how a leaky blower box could cause the issue.
