electric fan problem

ok i notice i am having a problem with my electric fan, when i turn on the A/C the fan doesn't turn on as it should, my A/C turns on and blows cold air but my electric fan don't work at all unless i bridge it, if its bridge the fan will turn on if i turn on the A/C and will turn back off when i turn off the A/C......any ideas why? what should i check?


PS. i have check every fuse that can lead to my fan.

Resistor

Javier,

Check the resistor( it is white or black) mounted on the drivers side of the fan behind the inlet below the bumper. It is probably cracked. It is easily replaced with a philips screwdriver you can get one at a bone yard or the the dealer.
