    Whats wrong with my 318?

My car won't start and I dont know why. I changed the blower motor, and in the process disconnected the wires on the left side of the firewall in front of where the ecu lives. Im talking about the nut you take off.

At some point I forgot to disconnect the battery and one of the wires touched metal and sparked. After finishing I put everything back together, but the car just spins over, and sounds funny. Doesnt even think about firing at all. What did I fry? I tried to pull codes and the check engine light does not come on anymore.

Anyone know whats wrong with it? Ran perfect before.

My first guess would be coil pack if you are not getting spark. It could be the ECU, but I'm not sure how to test that. I'm sure some here could tell you.

        Test:

Coil pack - remove a spark plug wire then let some one crank it should spark

ECU - remove one of the injectors then let some one crank it should spay fuel
