Whole car Vibrates up and down when Ideling?

I just noticed this after I tossed stock bottle caps and tires on for this weekend, I had to drive close to 120miles and didn't want to do it on my bald tires(heading to pick up my new tires and wheel at the sho in 30mins).
But While Idaling at a Traffic light or just anywhere at a stop the whole car Moves up and down in a rymic pattern, it's not a bunch but I noticed it. I checked both my Engine mounts and they both looked great. Any ideas? It will do it reguardless if the clutch is in our out in Neutral or or if the clutch is in when in gear.

    The whole car??? :?

Sounds very odd. I don't see how that could happen, at all. Especially if engine mounts are good. :?

Yeah.. my friends 528e did that. It is a really weird feeling!
Does your idle bounce back and forth between 300-800rpms?

If so, see if you can adjust your ICV.

Also.. do a search. There have been many other posts about this recently.

Idle is smooth as butter right around 700 rpm. I just got my new tires on but didn't let the car idle any while sitting still. I'll check tommorow to see if it's still doing it.
