Stock m20b25 double valve springs are fine to rev up to 6900rpms.

I have a 274/274 Shrick with 11.5mm lift. No problems up at redline.

Heavy Duty valve springs are cheap insurance against valve float.Think of the time and cost to replace just one bent valve even if doing the work yourself.Your already there might as well get them.Or at least get all new stock valve springs and rockers.Dont be a cheapskate and replace only worn rockers!Think of how many cycles they have gone through in the last 10+ yrs!
