    central lock mechanism

hi, it seems that the central locking mechanism in my 1990 325ix doesn't work, i can lock and unlock all the doors and trunk individually, but they will not all work together as they are supposed to. at first this wasn't the biggest deal, except when i realized that the gas filler door is also connected to the same mechanism. The other night i was at the gas station and despirately needed gas, only to find out that the gas filler door would not open. i managed to unscrew the whole lock mechanism in the trunk and was able to fill my tank. however i am still left with the problem of improperly working central locks.

I've tried changing the fuse, but that didn't work. any thoughts?
has anyone else had this problem and figured out how to fix it?

    thanks,
    aj

Refer to the Bentley. I believe you can take the actuator out of the door and clean the inside parts. Bentley will describe ways to troubleshoot it for certain so you can either replace it or fix it..

Mine doesnt do anything and i have a loaded model. No auto locky anywhere
