how to remove front bumper???

I Got an 85, 320i german version, i crashed the front bumper, now I GOT A NEW BUMPER TO INSTALL.
dOES ANY BODY KNOW HOW TO REMOVE THE OLD ONE, IS AN ALUMINUM PART JUST THE FRONT NOT THE SIDES, WERE ARE THE SCREWS??? :?:

or an early european bumper there are four things holding it on. In front there are these little square caps covering large nuts. Pop out those caps and loosen the nuts. On the sides of the bumper there is a small screw going through the seam for the valance and fender that you remove buy getting under the car and removign the plastic on the bottom.

If it IS a european bumper you remove the whole thing (front and sides) at once then.

In the sides are 10mm self tappers - on the front is a 13mm nut.
