The engine starts to run at about 300 RPM for several seconds and sounds shitty, but doesnt stall....then it will miraculously kick back up to normal....its been doing it more and more latley

Being more specific would help.
Do you mean when you are cruising and push the clutch in, the motor drops down to 300rpm?
Most likely an ICV problem. How old is yours?

well it doesnt really do it ONLY when coming down from being in gear, i can let it idle and it will sporadically drop down to 300 and sound like its missing or knocking then pop back up.Comment

Try cleaning out the ICV, many times they get gummed up from oil residue that gets spit up the breather.Adam Fogg- '88 M3
