Oil service light inquiry

so my oil service light came on, you know the series of yellow green and red lights in the guage cluster.

Why would these lights light up when i just changed the oil? and how do i make them go away?

Probably because the Service Indicators aren't aware that you changed your oil, I believe dealer would normally reset the lights during the service / oil change.

Look up the SI reset tool or procedure on how to do that with a jumper wire.
