Uprated tranny mounts

Where can i get some uprated tranny mounts? Mine are shot and i don't think it would be a bad idea to upgrade them in light of the upcoming turbo.

You can urethane ones from Bav Auto or BMP, pretty much anywhere that has BMW parts.

I'm pretty happy with Ireland Engineering urethane tranny mounts. Urethan tranny mounts will transmit a lot of vibration and noise into the cockpit. The extra noise/vibration is no big deal to me, but many don't like it.

Another optiion is E21 tranny mount which is $11 a piece. They are stiffer than E30.

is this any E21? i know they made 4 and 6 cylinder variants, but im not sure if that would effect the transmission mounting points.
