Let me say something here emphatically: DO NOT trust your eyes to check a fuse. EVER! USE A TESTLIGHT! This applies for the rest of your life, no matter what. Trust me on this, I have paid this price already, learn from my ignorance.
Now, on to your car's issues:
Read this, find your car, download the manual, look at the index, look under "instrument cluster" you will see that fuse 12 runs thangs. Most likely it has a hairline fracture that you cannot see or some other shit.
You will also see fuse 12 runs the power antenna and radio. Make sure you have no shorts and if you have an aftermarket radio, you will need to raise the value of that fuse so something more appropriate to the modern radio...capiche?

I beeped out every fuse for continuity. All good. Might try a few other things. Have a schematic. Was hoping on some insight on power supply from relay to gauge pack. Also radio works. But not sure of power supply tap since it is an aftermarket and could have been stolen from anywhere. And I have no power antenna(thank god-LOL)
Thanks..

Was a fuse... So Gauges are working.. No back up lights (bulbs good) which leads me to believe one of the reverse light switch wires is diconnected and probable grounded out causing blown fuse. Will look under car tomorrow as it is POURING in NEW YAWK tonight.
My bad... When I put z3 shifter in a few weeks ago, reverse light wires must have pulled down a bit and hit drive shaft.. cutting one wire. All good. gauges and reverse lights.
