Wipers quit working on me again

Well my wipers have officially taken a dump. In the past they used to be tempermental and only work some of the time, but as of now they haven't worked for a good 2 weeks or so. I took apart my steering column looking for any loose wires or anything visible on the switch, and got nothing. So where can i go from here? Can i replace the switch easily? What fuse would be blown if any? Anything will help, but in the mean time i haven't had to use my wipers in forever...a nice little perk of living in SoCal.

DId you swap out the wiper relay in the fuse box? Its the big long black one. Swap it for a known good one and see what happens.

my motor has be shot for a while, rain-x owns.

when i get out of school i'm going to switch my relay for my friend Sean's (ETA fro) and see if that fixes it...if that doesn't then i'll probably replace the switch. If that doesn't work then i know my motor is fried and i'll have to result to Rain-X...

thats a real bitch then isnt it? as the relay from BMW not alot less than the motor.

Relay = 85 GPB
Motor = 110 GPB
