i wanna do a swap but need some help!!ASAP

I"m thinking about doing a 535 conversion to my e30 4dr.. i have a few ? first is this a difficult job.second would it be a good ddriver.third is it hard to find a motor and gear box drive shaft and wire harness etc. any info is well appreciated.
