    No power when cold???????????

Hey guys, I need some info. My car (85 318i) has NO POWER when it's cold. I have to let it warm up completely before I can drive it. If I try to drive when engine's cold, it stalls.

Here is what I've changed/done to it so far:
    Cap / Rotor / Coil / Wires / Plugs / K&N Filter / Cleaned ICV / Timing Chain w/ tensioner /
    cleaned injectors.

Am I missing something? PLEASE HELP!!!!

    Water temp sensor?
    Intake air temp sensor?

Sounds like a sensor issue or Fuel mixture issue. Did you mess with that? Oh did you change the range of your spark plugs?

as far as the spark plug range, i don't think so. I bought bosch platinum + plugs and told them what kind of car it's going into.

is there any way to check those sensors you are talking about (intake air and water temp)?

          '85 318i with no power?

          You don't say.

On a more serious note, check your ICV, cold start valve, plugs/plug wires.

EDIT: And quit being so damn question mark happy. :)

Yes get you handy dandy Bentley and you Ohm meter out and check the signal at required location.
