Stupid Valve Adjustment Question

Hey guys, I've got a question. When you adjust the valves, do you find TDC for the intake AND exhaust, or just the intake?
I've read a bunch of writeups on this and it doesn't really specify this. What should I do?

TDC should have both valves closed anyway.

Just make sure the raised part of the cam lobe is opposite of the rocker eccentric.
