    Bosch Icon wipers

I just got a new pair of Bosch Icons and the right corner of the right wiper doesn't seem to contact the windshield when at rest. Has any one else noticed this or is there something wrong with my wiper?

Thats normal for any wiper. The roll off there is too abrupt.

I had the same problem and returned them.. My buddy has a similar style wiper on his car that doesn't hang off, but I have no Idea what they where..

Maybe try a slightly smaller size?

I guess I'll just live with it. Just bugs me because my old Bosch cheapo wipers never did this.

They'd also been on there for god knows how long and had probably "formed" to the windshield.

Believe me, I hear this complaint somewhere around four million times a day. I work at a major chain auto parts store that sells the Icons, and everyone with an old car (German cars especially) complains how they lift off the windshield, at parts that you can't even see without leaning over or climbing onto the dashboard to see.

Damn people and their fashion-over-functionality points of view.

"See, we're adding a little something to this month's sales contest. As you all know, first prize is a Cadillac Eldorado. Anyone wanna see second prize? Second prize is a set of steak knives. Third prize is you're fired."

I just bought a set of Bosch Excell+ wipers for my eta the other day. We will see how they work. I haven't needed to use them yet... since I haven't driven since sunday afternoon.

20in I beleive. That is what the Schucks wiper computer told me.
