Thinking in Upgrade with Wilwood calipers! question

anyone knows what size of caliper should I run in my e30 ? that fit's with my 16" wheels in the front...?

Right now saw a pair of wilwood used calipers bidding for just 75$ but looks a bit larger than other wilwood that I saw for example in Summit Racing catalogue.

it says that fitsa .380" thick rotors, btw what is the thick of our rotors? Yeah I know the Wilwood nrakes won't fit our stock rototrs, just is a reference.

    thanks!

This is whatI got in info terms fro MRPI Equipped, I don't go witht hem since it's too expensive.

      "BMW E30 kits
      Part No. RPI-12" E30 RBK
      minimum wheel clearance is 16"

Wilwood Cad plated CNC drilled and slotted 2-piece rotor design. 12" x .87"

      -Goodridge stainless braided brake lines.
-CNC machined aluminum brackets and rotor hats finished impeccably in nickel plating
-Lightweight Wilwood Billet Dynalite II 4-piston aluminum calipers.
      -EBC 'Green Stuff' pads.

I have the RPI kit and it works damn good. Tehy kit actually comes with Ferodo pads, not EBC. Go for it, you probably need it with the turbo :D

Hey Ted, I've been considering the RPI Wilwood kit for some time now.....how good is it? Huge difference? How about fitting wheels around them, as I know my ET25 RD rims will not fit around the Tarox big brakes.

yeah, I need so soon bigger brakes, I almost crashed my car yesterday for the fault of the brakes and ohe well, high speeds too....lol

Do you have actually pics instaled in your car? Woudl like to see it, also how much did you pay for the Kit.

Please, could you make me a favor, could you messure the bracket distance from the holes that holds the bracket, like the pic that i attached above?

wanna comapre it, also would like to know if RPI equipped could sell me the rotors and maybe the brackets.

            thanks
