Vibration question

So I have recent control arms and M3 bushings, tie rods, tires are new and wheels are perectly round alignment too and all were done to perfection. While driving at about 70+ the steering wheel shakes a bit then an hour later it is perfectly still at the same speed all the way up to speeds of 90+ not the slightest movement. Would this be an indication that my front wheel bearings need replacement?

Car has roughly 180K on her so I wouldnt be surprised just looking for you ideas.
