    hesitation losing power when cold

    need some assist,
sometimes when it's cold out and the car is still warming up, I will lose power briefly. Feels as if it's just not sparking, or fuel is cutting or something,
but I'll just get quick hesitation, and sometimes it will be enough to slow me down to almost a stop from freeway speeds.

This happens pretty infrequently though, and for the most part the car drives fine. Especially once warmed up.

    any thoughts??

Have you done all the basic maintenance (new plugs, ignition wires/rotor/cap, valve adjustment, etc)?

Does the car take a long time to warm up (bad thermostat)?

Have you done a through check for intake leaks (including checks for leaks at the dipstick, oil filler cap, and brake booster)?
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
